This Privacy Policy applies to the target.ai mobile application (the "Service") created by TappedIn Club LLC. We respect your privacy and have designed our app to collect the absolute minimum amount of data necessary to function.

We do not require you to create an account to use the Service. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others.

2. Information Collection and Use

Purpose Limitation: We only use collected data for functionality, safety, and subscription validation. We do not use it for advertising or profiling.

We collect limited, anonymous information to ensure the app functions correctly:

A. Automatically Collected Information (Anonymous)

• Device Identifiers: We generate a random anonymous identifier (UUID) stored locally on your device to verify your subscription status via RevenueCat and to enforce rate limits on AI features.
• IP Address: Used briefly to prevent abuse of our AI features (e.g., rate limiting) and ensure the security of our API.

B. User-Generated Content (AI Inputs)

• Transient Processing: When you use the AI Pack Builder feature, the pack name you provide (e.g., "Movies") is sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate word pairs for the game.
• No Retention: We do not save or store your AI input text on our servers. It is processed transiently and then discarded.

C. Information We Do NOT Collect

• Names, email addresses, or phone numbers
• Location data
• Contacts, photos, camera, or microphone access
• Browsing history or advertising identifiers
• Biometric data

3. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer

Our Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered by OpenAI to generate word pair content for gameplay.

• Content Warning: AI models may occasionally generate incorrect, biased, or inappropriate content. We employ moderation filters to prevent this, but we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.
• Not for Professional Use: The AI output is for entertainment purposes only and should not be relied upon for professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.
• Liability: We are not responsible for any actions taken based on AI-generated content.

4. Third-Party Services

We share anonymous data only with trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate the App. You can view their privacy policies below:

5. Data Retention

• Subscription Data: Your purchase history is retained by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) and is subject to their respective privacy policies.
• Local Data: Game preferences, player names, and sound settings are stored locally on your device. If you delete the App, this local data is removed.
• Server-Side Data: Anonymous subscription status records and daily rate-limit counters are stored on our backend, keyed to your anonymous device identifier. These cannot be linked to your personal identity.
• OpenAI Retention: OpenAI may retain API inputs for up to 30 days solely for abuse monitoring, after which they are deleted.

6. Children's Privacy

Age Rating: 4+

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. The App is designed for general audiences and does not collect personal data from any user. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can take necessary actions.

7. Security

We value your trust in providing us with your anonymous usage data. We use industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. Your Rights & Data Safety (GDPR & CCPA)

Since we do not collect personal accounts, we do not hold personal data such as names or emails.

• Right to Access/Delete: You may delete your local data by uninstalling the App. To request deletion of any server-side records associated with your anonymous device identifier, please contact us.
• No Tracking: We do not track users across third-party websites or apps, and we do not use data for advertising or marketing purposes.
• Do Not Sell: We do not sell your personal data.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" above. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
